The Paragons Council is our key governing council responsible for discussing, debating implications and making decisions on ParagonsDAO Improvement Proposals (PDIPs) and ParagonsDAO Configuration Change Proposal (PCCPs). In addition, the Paragons Council is responsible for seeking budget approval for any changes with the Treasury Council and initiating execution with the Core Contributor Council.
Web3 technologies, such as blockchain, aim to create a more decentralised internet where users have greater control over their data and digital identity. Web3 is still in early stages, and there is a lot of room for innovation and growth.
By building a healthy web3 ecosystem, we can foster innovation and experimentation, leading to the creation of new products, services, and business models.
We consider the long-term impact of our decisions, for our community, core contributors, and the DAO.
Weighing short-term gains against long-term consequences of decisions is crucial for ensuring sustainability, building reputation and trust, ensuring financial stability, and fulfilling social responsibility.
We make our own opportunities, and proudly leverage collective progress.
We are interested in innovation and experimentation. We are willing to try new things and explore new ideas, which can lead to the creation of new products, services, and business models.
Nonetheless, we often see taking risks and seizing opportunities as a way to obtain a competitive edge.
Trust, respect, and success are built upon our foundation of integrity.
It is integrity that allows us to stay true to our values and principles, even in the face of challenges and temptations. When we have integrity, we are honest, reliable, and accountable for our actions, and we treat others with fairness, kindness, and respect.
